Singapore: Shipping, taxes, and duties are included.

Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

How Can I Track My Shipping?

Once you complete your checkout, an email order confirmation will be sent to you. Our warehouse will ship your items within 48 hours, and you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help. You can cancel your order within 24 hours at no fee. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of SGD $25 will apply due to costs incurred. Please note that once the order has shipped from our warehouse in Europe, cancellations are no longer possible.

In Summary:

• Within 24 Hours: No cancellation fee.
• After 24 Hours: A cancellation fee applies.
• After Shipping: No cancellations.

Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that you can return items if they aren’t quite right.

Return Window:

You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Any return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

For Singapore Customers:

Enjoy free return shipping on all returns.

For International Customers:

Please note that shipping costs, insurance, duties, and handling fees are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your refunds.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• New and Unused: Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Complete: Please ensure that all items, including any accompanying accessories, manuals, and gifts, are returned in their original state.
• Not as Described: Returns are accepted if the product delivered is not as described in the following ways:
  • Model Number: The model number differs from what is mentioned on the product page (ArtNo is also referred to as the model number).
  • Colour: The wrong colour was delivered, differing from what was described on the product page.
  • Size: The wrong size was delivered, as mentioned on the product page (note that measurements are subject to a 10% discrepancy due to the way each item is measured).
• Defective Items: If the item is defective, you may return it. MAYFEYR maintains the final decision on whether a product is defective. All our products undergo three levels of authentication and quality control both at the source in Europe to minimize the chances of defective items.
• Exceptions: Final sale items and personalized products are not eligible for return.
