Return Fees:
Singapore customers: A flat return fee of SGD $50 per item will apply and be deducted from your refund.

Hong Kong customers: A flat return fee of HKD $280 per item will apply and be deducted from your refund.

International customers: Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

New and Unused:
Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The tags must remain attached and uncut, and the item should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Complete:
All accompanying accessories, manuals, and gifts must be returned in their original state and packaging.
