MAYFEYR Mirror Terms of Use

MAYFEYR Mirror is an AI-powered virtual try-on feature provided by MAYFEYR WORLDWIDE PTE. LTD. (“MAYFEYR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms apply when you use MAYFEYR Mirror.

1. What MAYFEYR Mirror does

MAYFEYR Mirror uses artificial intelligence to generate a visual preview of how selected MAYFEYR products may look when worn by you.

The preview is intended for inspiration and styling only. It is not a guarantee of actual fit, size, colour, texture, drape, proportion, availability, or product appearance.

2. Your uploaded photo

When you upload a photo, you confirm that:

• you are the person shown in the photo, or you have permission from every identifiable person shown;

• you have the right to upload and use the photo for this purpose;

• the photo does not contain unlawful, offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content;

• you will not upload photos of children or minors unless you are their parent or legal guardian and are authorised to provide consent.

Please do not upload photos containing sensitive personal information, such as identification documents, financial information, medical information, or private records.

3. How we use your photo

By using MAYFEYR Mirror, you authorise MAYFEYR and our trusted technology providers to process your uploaded photo and selected product information solely to:

• generate your virtual try-on preview;

• display, store, and allow you to access your preview within the feature; and

• maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the operation of MAYFEYR Mirror.

We will not use your uploaded photo or generated preview to train AI models without your separate, explicit consent.

Some processing may be carried out by trusted third-party technology providers acting on our behalf. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure they process your personal data only for the purposes described in these Terms and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

4. Image retention and deletion

Your uploaded photo and generated preview will be retained for up to 24 Months. unless you delete them earlier, or unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

You may request deletion of your uploaded photo and generated preview by contact care@mayfeyr.com. Deletion may take a reasonable period to complete, including removal from backup systems.

5. AI-generated results

MAYFEYR Mirror uses AI technology and results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or visually inconsistent. In particular, a preview may not accurately show:

• garment sizing, fit, or comfort;

• the exact colour, material, texture, print, or detailing;

• how an item will look in different lighting or on different body shapes; or

• whether an item is currently available for purchase.

Please refer to the product page, sizing information, and product description before making a purchase decision.

MAYFEYR Mirror is provided on an "as available" basis. While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use MAYFEYR Mirror to:

• upload images without permission;

• impersonate another person;

• create misleading, harmful, unlawful, or abusive content;

• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the feature; or

• use generated previews for commercial purposes without MAYFEYR’s written permission.

We may suspend or restrict access to MAYFEYR Mirror if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAYFEYR is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of MAYFEYR Mirror or reliance on AI-generated previews. Virtual previews are provided for visualisation and styling purposes only and should not be relied upon as an exact representation of any product.

8. Ownership

You retain ownership of your uploaded photo. MAYFEYR retains all rights in MAYFEYR Mirror, its technology, interface, branding, and related content.

Subject to these Terms, MAYFEYR grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial right to use your generated preview within MAYFEYR Mirror.

9. Privacy and withdrawal of consent

You may choose not to use MAYFEYR Mirror or withdraw your consent for future processing at any time by deleting your images or contacting us at [privacy contact email]. Withdrawing consent will not affect processing already carried out before we receive your request.

10. Changes to MAYFEYR Mirror or these Terms

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue MAYFEYR Mirror from time to time. We may also update these Terms; the latest version will be available on this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with MAYFEYR Mirror or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
