How to measure Stand on paper and mark the back of your heel and tip of your longest toe. Measure both feet and use the longer one. If you fall between sizes, size up.

How to choose Start with the labelled size of a similar item that fits well. Rise, cut, fabric and stretch can change the fit, so use the product's own size chart whenever available.

How to measure Wrap a narrow strip of paper snugly around the finger, mark the overlap and measure it in millimetres. Measure at different times of day; avoid measuring cold fingers.

The France / EU number approximately follows the inside circumference in millimetres; diameters are rounded. Wide ring bands often feel tighter than slim bands. Follow the product's own recommendation where available.

04 / Gloves

Glove sizing from the circumference of your dominant hand.

How to measure Wrap the tape around the widest part of your flat hand, just below the knuckles. Leave the thumb out and do not pull the tape too tight.

Alpha-to-number conversion follows the designer reference; circumference is a practical measurement guide. For insulated gloves or liners, allow extra room and use the larger hand.

05 / Belts

Women's belt sizes

Belt length is measured from the buckle to the centre or most-used hole.

How to measure Measure a belt that already fits from the buckle pin to the hole you use. Or measure your body where the belt will sit—high waist, natural waist or hips.

How to measure Wrap the tape around the middle of your forehead, about 1.3 cm / ½ inch above your eyebrows and ears. Keep it level, snug and untwisted.
