The floral-print backless dress featured multi-coloured petals and leaves of all sizes, inspired by the work of Filipino artist Olan Ventura. But the cherry on top is that her mermaid skirt is decorated with embellished fringes consisting of two-foot strands, according to InStyle Magazine.
