Are the products sold on MAYFEYR primarily outlet items?

Our focus is on in-season and recent-season products— curated to reflect what discerning shoppers are looking for today.

While a small number of items may also be found at outlet locations, the majority of our selection comes from current collections.

Orders and Payments

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to shop with us—you can check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account for a smoother shopping experience. With an account, you can easily track your purchases, save your preferences, and enjoy exclusive offers tailored just for you.

How do I register an account ?

It’s quick and simple. Just click on the login icon, enter your email address, and we’ll send you a secure login code each time you access your account. No passwords to remember—shopping made effortless.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience seamless, including all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Klarna.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?

No. Cash on delivery is not available. All payments must be completed online through the MAYFEYR website or the MAYFEYR mobile app before your order is processed.

What happens if my payment is declined?

All payments must be successfully authorized by your chosen payment provider to ensure security. If your payment is declined—whether by card, digital wallet, installment service, or any other method—your order cannot be processed, and you will need to place a new order once the issue is resolved with your payment provider.

Please note that MAYFEYR cannot reinstate or recover an order after a payment attempt has been declined.

Is online payment secure?

Yes. Your online payment is protected with industry-standard security measures. MAYFEYR uses encrypted checkout, secure payment gateways, and fraud-prevention systems to ensure your information stays safe.

We do not store your full payment details, and all transactions must be securely authorized by your chosen payment provider before your order is processed.

Does MAYFEYR offer instalment payments? 

Yes. MAYFEYR offers flexible installment options through Klarna. You can choose:

  • 4 interest-free payments, or
  • Monthly installments for up to 12 months

Klarna availability and terms may vary based on your location and approval by Klarna.

Can I cancel my order after placing it ?

Yes. We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no cost.

Please note: Once your order has shipped from our European warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible. If you decide to return the item after it has shipped, international return shipping costs—including duties and taxes—will be deducted from your refund.

When and where can I view my receipt?

You can view and download your receipt directly from your MAYFEYR account once your order has been successfully paid and confirmed. Simply log in, go to My Orders, and select the order to access your receipt.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you include shipping, taxes, and duties?

Yes. For US customers, shipping and duties are already included in our product prices.

Sales tax will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on your address.

You’ll always see the full, final cost before completing your purchase—no hidden fees. If there are any exceptions or special cases, they will be clearly shown prior to placing your order.

Are there any shipping costs?

For most markets, shipping fees are already included in the product price -  so there are no surprises at checkout. In cases where shipping is charged separately, it will be clearly calculated and shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take ?

We know you’re excited to receive your new piece! We aim to deliver within 7 - 13 business days, ensuring your order arrives promptly.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we do not ship to PO Boxes to ensure secure and reliable delivery of your order.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. We’ll send you tracking details or updates as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep in real time.

Is it possible to order in bulk? 

Yes, we accommodate bulk orders through our B2B department. If you’re interested in placing a bulk order for your business, contact us at partners@mayfeyr.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Return Fees:
International customers (including the US), Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • New and Unused: Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and uncut, and free from any wear, damage, or alterations.
  • Complete: All original accessories, packaging, manuals, and any included gifts must be returned in their original state.

How much time do I have to make a return, and what are the conditions?

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must meet these conditions:


New and Unused: Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The tags must remain attached and uncut, and the item should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.


Complete: All accompanying accessories, manuals, and gifts must be returned in their original state and packaging.

Do you offer free returns?

As our products are imported directly from Europe, we are unable to offer free returns.

Return Fees:

International customers: Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be deducted from your refund. 

Singapore customers
: A flat return fee of SGD $50 per item will apply and be deducted from your refund.

Hong Kong customers: A flat return fee of HKD $300 per item will apply and be deducted from your refund.

What happens if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

If there is an issue with your order due to an incorrect or faulty delivery, we will offer a free return with a full refund . This includes the following

Scenarios:

Model Number: The model number differs from what is mentioned on the product page

Colour: The color differs from what was described on the product page.

Size: The wrong size was delivered (note: a 10% discrepancy in measurements is acceptable).

Defective Items: Returns are accepted for defective items after review. MAYFEYR reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, follow these steps:

Click the profile icon in the store’s navigation or visit our returns page.

  1. Log in to your account:
    - Enter your email address in the “Email” field and click “Continue.”
    - Check your email for a six-digit verification code, and enter it on our site.
  2. Select the order and items you want to return.
  3. Choose a return reason and add a note for our team.


Alternatively, you can contact our customer care team at care@mayfeyr.com with your order details, and they’ll assist you with the process.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and verify your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 working days, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Do you offer exchanges ?

We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you can return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
