We are headquartered in Singapore, with buying teams anchored in Paris and Milan, the capitals of European fashion. This on the ground presence gives us direct access to Europe’s most trusted luxury suppliers, enabling us to offer coveted products to customers at remarkable prices.

Products

Are your items brand new ?

Yes, all items sold on MAYFEYR are brand new, ensuring you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Each item comes with its original packaging - including any dust bags, care cards, or accessories that are provided by the brand.

Your order will also be placed in protective packaging and carefully shipped to ensure it arrives securely and in pristine condition.

What brands can I shop at MAYFEYR?

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. Authenticity is at the heart of everything we do. Every item we offer is 100% genuine - sourced directly by our team in Milan from Europe’s most trusted luxury suppliers. Each piece undergoes rigorous authenticity checks before it reaches you.

When you shop with MAYFEYR, you’re receiving authentic luxury - sourced by insiders, verified by experts.

Are the products sold on MAYFEYR primarily outlet items?

Our focus is on in-season and recent-season products— curated to reflect what discerning shoppers are looking for today.

While a small number of items may also be found at outlet locations, the majority of our selection comes from current collections.

Orders and Payments

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need an account to shop with us—you can check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account for a smoother shopping experience. With an account, you can easily track your purchases, save your preferences, and enjoy exclusive offers tailored just for you.

How do I register an account ?

It’s quick and simple. Just click on the login icon, enter your email address, and we’ll send you a secure login code each time you access your account. No passwords to remember—shopping made effortless.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience seamless, including all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, PayNow, and GrabPay.

Does MAYFEYR offer instalment payments? 

Yes, we do. We support a number of 0% interest installment providers to make luxury more accessible and stress-free. Availability depends on your country and payment method - please refer to the checkout page or the payment section on our website for the latest options in your region.

Can I cancel my order after placing it ?

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order within 24 hours without any fees. After this window, a cancellation fee of USD $20 / SGD $25 / HKD $150  will apply to cover processing costs. Please note that once your order has shipped from our European warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you include shipping, taxes, and duties?

Yes - for most markets, our prices are inclusive of shipping, taxes, and duties. You’ll see the full cost clearly at checkout, with no hidden surprises. For any exceptions or special cases, details will be shown before you place your order.

Are there any shipping costs?

For most markets, shipping fees are already included in the product price -  so there are no surprises at checkout. In cases where shipping is charged separately, it will be clearly calculated and shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take ?

We know you’re excited to receive your new piece! We aim to deliver within 4 - 6 business days, ensuring your order arrives promptly.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we do not ship to PO Boxes to ensure secure and reliable delivery of your order.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. We’ll send you tracking details or updates as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep in real time.

Is it possible to order in bulk? 

Yes, we accommodate bulk orders through our B2B department. If you’re interested in placing a bulk order for your business, contact us at partners@mayfeyr.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if something isn’t quite right, you can return it. Mayfeyr offers a hassle-free return policy on eligible items because we want you to love every item you purchase.

How much time do I have to make a return, and what are the conditions?

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must meet these conditions:


New and Unused: Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The tags must remain attached and uncut, and the item should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.


Complete: All accompanying accessories, manuals, and gifts must be returned in their original state and packaging.

Do you offer free returns?

As our products are imported directly from Europe, we are unable to offer free returns.

Return Fees:
Singapore customers
: A flat return fee of SGD $50 per item will apply and be deducted from your refund.

Hong Kong customers: A flat return fee of HKD $300 per item will apply and be deducted from your refund.

International customers: Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be deducted from your refund. 

What happens if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

If there is an issue with your order due to an incorrect or faulty delivery, we will offer a free return with a full refund . This includes the following

Scenarios:

Model Number: The model number differs from what is mentioned on the product page

Colour: The color differs from what was described on the product page.

Size: The wrong size was delivered (note: a 10% discrepancy in measurements is acceptable).

Defective Items: Returns are accepted for defective items after review. MAYFEYR reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, follow these steps:

Click the profile icon in the store’s navigation or visit our returns page.

  1. Log in to your account:
    - Enter your email address in the “Email” field and click “Continue.”
    - Check your email for a six-digit verification code, and enter it on our site.
  2. Select the order and items you want to return.
  3. Choose a return reason and add a note for our team.


Alternatively, you can contact our customer care team at care@mayfeyr.com with your order details, and they’ll assist you with the process.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and verify your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 working days, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Do you offer exchanges ?

We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you can return your purchase for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
