All orders placed on the Site are subject to acceptance by MAYFEYR. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any issues identified by our fraud prevention team.
Dispute Resolution for Payment Issues: If you experience any issues with billing or believe there has been an error in your payment, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of your order to resolve the issue. We will work with you to investigate and rectify any discrepancies.
Payment Methods and Currency Conversion: Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other regional payment methods as available. Payments are accepted in SGD. For international orders, currency conversion rates will be determined by your payment provider, and MAYFEYR is not responsible for discrepancies due to currency conversion. If a payment method is declined or there are issues with payment processing, the order will not be processed, and the customer will be notified to resolve the payment issue.
Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without incurring any fees. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours have passed, a cancellation fee of SGD 25 will apply to cover administrative costs.

MAYFEYR's Right to Cancel: MAYFEYR reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including, but not limited to, orders that we believe to be fraudulent or that violate our policies. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, significantly not as described, or if the wrong item was delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
