Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to MAYFEYR Hong Kong Limited. (“MAYFEYR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, www.mayfeyr.com, and all associated services (collectively referred to as the "Site"). By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should refrain from using our services.
MAYFEYR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. For significant changes, MAYFEYR will notify users by placing a prominent notice on our website or through email notifications. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly to stay informed about any updates.
MAYFEYR is a company registered in Hong Kong with place of business at Unit 1603, 16/F, The L. Plaza, 367- 375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only in accordance with and subject to these Terms and the Site's Privacy Policy. By completing and submitting your registration, you have opted in to receive email communication from us.
Unauthorized Use and Consequences: You may not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity that infringes the rights of MAYFEYR or others. Unauthorized use of the Site, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers, will result in immediate termination of your access to the Site and may also lead to legal action.
Prohibited Activities:
- Transmitting any harmful code such as viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site, any other systems or networks connected to the Site, or any MAYFEYR server, by hacking, password "mining," or any other illegitimate means.
- Impersonating any other person or entity, including, but not limited to, a registered user of the Site or an employee of MAYFEYR.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities, including, but not limited to, using a false email address or providing false or misleading information.
- Harvesting or collecting information about other users of the Site for any reason, including, without limitation, for sending unsolicited commercial email.
- Engaging in activities that disrupt or attempt to disrupt the functionality of the Site or the experience of other users, including but not limited to denial-of-service attacks or spamming.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify MAYFEYR immediately.
Right to Refuse Service: MAYFEYR reserves the right to refuse service, cancel accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected abuse, fraud, resale of products, violation of these Terms, or any activity deemed detrimental to MAYFEYR’s brand or operations.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders placed on the Site are subject to acceptance by MAYFEYR. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any issues identified by our fraud prevention team.
Dispute Resolution for Payment Issues: If you experience any issues with billing or believe there has been an error in your payment, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of your order to resolve the issue. We will work with you to investigate and rectify any discrepancies.
Payment Methods and Currency Conversion: Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other regional payment methods as available. Payments are accepted in SGD and HKD. For international orders, currency conversion rates will be determined by your payment provider, and MAYFEYR is not responsible for discrepancies due to currency conversion. You are required to use your own credit card or authorized payment method, and MAYFEYR is not liable for any fraudulent use of your payment method.
If a payment method is declined or there are issues with payment processing, the order will not be processed, and the customer will be notified to resolve the payment issue.
Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
Dispute Resolution for Payment Issues: If you experience any issues with billing or believe there has been an error in your payment, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of your order to resolve the issue. We are committed to responding to disputes within 14 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without incurring any fees. If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours have passed, a cancellation fee of USD 20 / SGD 25 / HKD 150 will apply to cover administrative costs.
Cancellation Process: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow our return policy instead.
MAYFEYR's Right to Cancel: MAYFEYR reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including, but not limited to, orders that we believe to be fraudulent or that violate our policies. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5. Return and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- New and Unused: Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact and free from signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- Complete: All accompanying accessories, manuals, and gifts must be returned in their original state and packaging.
Return Window: You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Any return requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return Fees:
- Singapore customers: A flat return fee of SGD $50 per item will apply and be deducted from your refund.
- Hong Kong customers: A flat return fee of HKD $300 per item will apply and be deducted from your refund.
- International customers: Return shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be deducted from your refund.
Conditions for Returns: Items must be free of any signs of wear, damage, or alterations. This includes ensuring that all original packaging, labels, and any accessories are returned along with the item.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- New and Unused: Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. The tags must remain attached and uncut, and the item should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- Complete: All accompanying accessories, manuals, and gifts must be returned in their original state and packaging.
Returns for Non-Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the item after multiple delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to us. Such cases will be processed as a standard return.
Return shipping fees and applicable deductions, as outlined in our Return Policy, will be applied.
Incorrect or Faulty Deliveries
Not as Described: Returns are accepted if the product delivered is not as described in the following ways:
- Model Number: The model number differs from what is mentioned on the product page
- Colour: The color differs from what was described on the product page.
- Size: The wrong size was delivered (note: a 10% discrepancy in measurements is acceptable).
- Defective Items: Returns are accepted for defective items after review. MAYFEYR reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective.
Return Process:
Option 1: Customer Support

Option 2: Self- Service
- Click the profile icon in the store’s navigation or visit our returns page.

Log in to your account:
- Enter your email address in the “Email” field and click “Continue.”
- Check your email for a six-digit verification code, and enter it on our site.
- Select the order and items you want to return.
- Choose a return reason and add a note for our team.
Inspection and Refund: All returned items will be inspected by our quality control team to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If an item is deemed ineligible for return (e.g., used, damaged, or missing parts), it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Refunds will only be processed after the item passes inspection and may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account. The refund amount will include the total paid minus applicable fees, as outlined below:
- For Singapore Customers: A flat return fee of SGD $50 per item will be deducted from the refund.
- For Hong Kong Customers: A flat return fee of HKD $300 per item will be deducted from the refund.
- For International Customers: Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Duties and taxes incurred during importation will also be deducted.
- Any additional return-related fees will apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
MAYFEYR’s liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase of products from us is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you bought. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability Clause: In the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct by MAYFEYR, our liability will be limited to a maximum amount equal to the total value of the products purchased from us during the 12 months preceding the claim.
MAYFEYR is not responsible for any service interruptions, delays, or errors that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, or acts of terrorism.
7. Proprietary Rights
All content on the MAYFEYR website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MAYFEYR or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Use of Proprietary Content: Unauthorized use of any materials on this site is strictly prohibited. You may not sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from content or materials on the Site for any purpose not expressly permitted by these Terms. To request permission to use proprietary content, please contact MAYFEYR directly, detailing the intended use.
8. Links to Third-Party Websites
This Site may contain links to third-party websites. MAYFEYR has no control over these websites and is not responsible for their accuracy, content, legality, or any other aspect of any linked websites.
User Responsibility for Third-Party Sites: We encourage you to review the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit. MAYFEYR shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAYFEYR, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that may arise from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Scope of Indemnification: This indemnification obligation extends to any actions taken by your agents, employees, or affiliates. You agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. MAYFEYR reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.
10. Product Quality
All goods undergo strict quality control procedures prior to shipment. MAYFEYR does not allow the shipment of flawed items or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.
Customer Approval for Minor Issues: In cases where an item is found to have minor issues, such as scratches, that do not affect its overall functionality or aesthetic appeal, MAYFEYR may, at its discretion, contact the customer for approval before proceeding with the shipment. If the customer provides explicit approval to proceed, the item will be shipped as agreed. If the customer declines or fails to respond within a reasonable time frame, MAYFEYR reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Items that are defective, as determined solely by MAYFEYR, will not be shipped. If an item is not as described, flawed, or defective, you may return it within the prescribed return period in accordance with our Return Policy. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty, will not be accepted, and will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
11. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Site and its content, including all texts, images, merchandise, and other information available on or through this Site, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Warranties and Corrections: MAYFEYR does not warrant that:
- The information available on this Site is free of errors.
- The functions contained on this Site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
- Defects will be corrected.
- This Site or the server(s) that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MAYFEYR, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, subsidiaries, divisions, distributors, suppliers, affiliates, or third parties providing information on this Site be liable to any user of the Site or any other person or entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use) arising out of the use or inability to use the Site or any information contained thereon or stored or maintained by MAYFEYR, whether based upon warranty, contract, tort, or otherwise, even if MAYFEYR has been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such damages or losses.
Liability in Cases of Data Loss: Without limiting the foregoing, in no event shall MAYFEYR have any liability for any damages or losses arising out of or otherwise incurred in connection with the loss of any data or information contained in your account or otherwise stored by or on behalf of MAYFEYR.
13. Unavailability of Site; Termination; Fraud
MAYFEYR reserves the right to alter, suspend, or discontinue the Site in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice or cost. We may, at our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your use of or access to all or part of the Site or your account for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms of Use.
Fraudulent Activities: If fraud is suspected, MAYFEYR reserves the right to cancel, delay, refuse to ship, or recall from the shipper any order. In such cases, you will be notified, and any payments made will be refunded.
Survival of Obligations: In the event these Terms of Use or your membership or account are terminated, the restrictions regarding intellectual property matters, the representations and warranties, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth herein (as well as any other of your obligations which by their nature should survive termination) will survive termination.
14. Orders and Deliveries
Our expected delivery time is our best effort estimation of the time required for you to receive your order after you have made a purchase. However, we cannot be held liable for any losses as a result of delivery occurring outside of our expected time frame, and you are not released from your obligations as a customer or any other terms and conditions that may be relevant to your order should your order be delivered in a time frame other than our expected delivery time.
Impact of Security Validation: If your account needs to undergo security validation, this will impact the delivery time. MAYFEYR is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance issues.
Ownership and Responsibility: We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. MAYFEYR will hold title to the goods until they are delivered to and accepted by you in accordance with these terms and conditions. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for and title to your purchased goods passes to you.
15. Copyright Infringement; Notice and Take Down Procedures
If you believe that any materials on this Site infringe your copyright, you may request that they be removed. This request must bear a signature (or electronic equivalent) of the copyright holder or an authorized representative and must include:
- Identification of the allegedly infringing materials;
- A description of where the infringing materials are located on the Site;
- Your name, contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the materials in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the lawful copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Response Time:
MAYFEYR will make every effort to respond to copyright infringement claims within 10 business days. If we find the claim to be valid, the infringing material will be removed promptly, and the user responsible may have their account terminated.
16. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Arbitration Clause: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules. The tribunal shall consist of a single arbitrator appointed by the SIAC.
Jurisdiction: For matters not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
17. Modification of Terms
MAYFEYR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site.
Notification of Changes: In the event of significant changes to these Terms, MAYFEYR will notify users via email or by placing a prominent notice on our website. Users are encouraged to review the Terms regularly to stay informed about any changes.

19. SMS and WhatsApp Communications and Consent
Consent to Receive Communications: By opting in through our provided checkbox, registration, or through any of our forms, you consent to receive communications from MAYFEYR via SMS or WhatsApp. These communications may include transactional updates, such as order confirmations and delivery notifications, as well as promotional messages and exclusive offers.
Use of WhatsApp as an Alternative: MAYFEYR may use WhatsApp as an alternative communication channel to provide similar updates and offers. If this switch occurs, all messages will continue to comply with the terms outlined here, including the ability to opt out.
Frequency and Purpose: Messages sent via SMS or WhatsApp may vary in frequency based on your interactions with us and will be used for:
- Order updates and tracking.
- Promotional and marketing messages.
- Customer service and support.
Opt-Out Instructions:

MAYFEYR is an independent platform that curates and lists products sourced from suppliers. We do not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from the brands whose products appear on our Site, unless explicitly stated.
All brand names, product names, and trademarks mentioned on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for descriptive and identification purposes. MAYFEYR does not use brand logos, brand-owned content, or marketing materials, and does not claim any rights to such intellectual property.
