- Complete: Please ensure that all items, including any accompanying accessories, manuals, and gifts, are returned in their original state.

Not as Described: Returns are accepted if the product delivered is not as described in the following ways:
- Model Number: The model number differs from what is mentioned on the product page (ArtNo is also referred to as the model number).
- Colour: The wrong colour was delivered, differing from what was described on the product page.
- Size: The wrong size was delivered, as mentioned on the product page (note that measurements are subject to a 10% discrepancy due to the way each item is measured).
- Defective Items: If the item is defective, you may return it. MAYFEYR maintains the final decision on whether a product is defective. All our products undergo three levels of authentication and quality control both at the source in Europe to minimize the chances of defective items.
- Exceptions: Final sale items and personalized products are not eligible for return.
